Hospital Supervisor cum Counselor, Medical Officer and Pharmacy Assistnat

Position: Hospital Supervisor cum Counselor-1

Required qualification and skills

• Bachelor degree in health care management, public health, social work, health education or Business management with two year experience at health care institutions or health project management.
• Experience on supervising and monitoring support service staffs and support services management.
• Experience on customer care, public relationship management and basic counseling with financial knowledge.
• Age limit not less than 25 years old.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge on case study preparation.

Major Job responsibilities

Hospital Support Service unit

• Supervise and ensure hospital support service department (security, ambulance, maintenance, billing counter and reception unit) is well-functioning.
• Coordinate to store unit for required logistic management for all department of the hospital on time.
• Coordinate to the suppliers, bio- medical engineer and AC maintenance for timely repair.
• Take round of all departments and coordinate concern department for problem solving.
• Daily report to the Manager of Foundation regarding function of hospital support service unit and income of hospital department and constraints at hospital.
• Cross verify staff duty roster and implementation of duty roster.
• Assist to the store unit, finance unit as and when needed.
• Conduct in-service education and trainings for the security, ambulance, maintenance, billing counter and reception staff.
• Supervise the hospital ICT unit and make sure to effective implementation of Medpro software.
• Welcome to the guest at hospital, take tour and informed to the Manager.
• Coordinate for staff pick up and drop.

Counseling unit

• Coordinate to the consultants, medical officers and on duty medical team.
• Provide   financial and hospital services counseling for patient party of IPD admission and redeposit.
• Regularly monitor the counter unit and follow up deposit and bills of treatment cost and encourage for re deposit on time.
• Try to get directly and indirectly feedback from patient party and patient.

Social Service unit

• Prepare case study of poor patient and update to Manager of Foundation.
• Maintain data base of charity patients which is more than 50% discount of total treatment cost.

Outreach Unit

• Assist to the Medical Director of hospital and Manager of Foundation for outreach program planning and implementation.
• Coordinate schools, cooperative and local NGOs for outreach program.

Medical record unit

• Maintain medical record section of hospital.
• Develop the IPD patient profile of hospital with details.
• Review the forms and format used at hospital and assist to medical director for revision.

Others

• Participate internal and external meeting assigned by Manager.
• Supervise the national interns  and help  to create good learning environment
• Any other assigned job by medical Director  and Manager of Foundation.

Position: Medical Officer- 1

 Qualification and Experience

• MMBS with registered at NMC.
• Minimum three month experience

Position: Pharmacy Assistant - 1

 Qualification and Experience

• Diploma in Pharmacy .
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Ragistered at DDA.
