Organization Background

PHASE Nepal is a not for profit NGO established in 2006 by a group of development professionals dedicated to supporting poor communities in remote areas of Nepal. For the last 11 years PHASE Nepal has been implementing Health, Education and Livelihoods improvement programmes in Humla, Bajura, Mugu, Gorkha, Sindhupalchok and Kavrepalanchok districts.  Currently PHASE has over 150 staff working for different projects including earthquake recovery and reconstruction. 

PHASE Nepal is currently looking for candidates for the following positions:

1. Position : Health Supervisor

Duty Station: PHASE Project Districts

Required Number: Few

alary: NPR 25,000 – 30,000 /- per month

Qualification & Experience:Should have completed Health Assistant or Staff Nurse Degree with at least 2 years of working experience of handling similar responsibilities. Must have good command in English and Nepali language with knowledge of Microsoft office packages and reporting skills. 

2. Position: ANM

Duty Station: PHASE Project Districts

Required Number: Few

Salary: NPR. 20,000 -30,000 /- per month

Qualification and Experience: At least ANM passed with 2 years' working experience in community health programs. (Candidates who have worked independently in government sub-health-posts or independently running sub-health post are given high priority.)  

3. Position: Trainee ANM

Duty Station: PHASE Project Districts

Required Number: Few

Salary: NPR. 10,000 -20,000 /- per month

Qualification and Experience: Should have ANM passed (Fresher's are highly encouraged to apply).
