It has been implementing various project/programs with the funding support of different partner organizations.

It works with a vision for a just and prosperous society with people having access to and ownership over resources and opportunities.

KIRDARC Nepal in partnership of WaterAid Nepal is implementing "Sustainable WASH Programme in Kalikot and Jumla district" with the aim to support in realization of WASH rights of the marginalized and people in vulnerable situations with access to improved water &sanitation facilities and practice of hygiene behaviorsso that they can lead a healthy and dignified lives. The project aims will use Human Right Based Approach to improve the access for the sustainable development. Thus, KIRDARC invites applications from interested candidates for the following full-time positions.

Health and Hygiene Supervisor: HHS (Based in Kalikot)-1

Key Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible identifying the barriers, violation of human rights, for overall WASH rights and positive hygiene behavior promotions, provide support to conduct hygiene promotion session in the project communities; monitor, document and report the progress, learning and achievement to the district focal person/Junior Engineer.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Should have Intermediate level with 3 years working experience in similar field; Willingness to work under pressure; knowledge and experience using PHAST and CLTS, SLTS approach; Communication skills to facilitate community; Knowledge on HRBA approach and WASH Right. Background experience of journalism and accountability promotion will add value.
