In Nepal, Restless Development has been working in the youth and adolescents development sector

since more than 25 years. It is the recipient of several international and national awards. It works in formal partnership with Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Restless Development Nepal has signed strategic partnership with UNICEF to implement Zero Tolerance -GBV free  in Schools in Nepal. The overall goal of programme is “to ensure that targeted schools are safe spaces free of all forms of gender based violence, where girls and boys are able to equitably learn and become empowered to protect themselves and counter harmful social norms and practices”.The program will leverage the ongoing work by establishing or strengthening connections between education and child protection actors to ensure that schools are free from gender-based violence in all its forms.

Restless Development seeks to recruit a dynamic, inspired and innovative Nepali to fill following role. Positions and responsibilities as below.

Gender Based Violence Coordinator– 1 Position (Kathmandu): The GBV coordinator is responsible for GBV programme implementation, advocacy, capacity building for partners and stakeholders, ensuring programme quality, monitoring, reporting in coordination with regional coordinator and partner organizations.

Gender Based Violence Officer – 1 Position  (1 Hetauda) The GBV Officer will support to implement  GBV programme, local advocacy,  training delivery for partners and stakeholders, field monitoring, reporting, supporting to link community to school in coordination with partner organizations and local communities, document the changes in coordination with district staff and partners. 

Programme Officer-1 Position (Dhangadi): The programme officer will be supporting to implement save the date project in Far & mid-western district including project implementation, local advocacy, training delivery for partners and local communities, field monitoring, and document changes in coordination with district staff and partners.

Finance Officer- 1 Position (Kathmandu) : The finance office is responsible for support management  of all finance operations, support accounting functions, field office, partner organizations, coordination, support  of all management and administrative functions of field office.
