GEMS Institute of Higher Education (GIHE) is looking for visionary, dynamic and experiened candidates for the post of GCE A Level Co-ordinator.

You must also have;

  • Master’s degree in any discipline with at least three year’s expericence in the similar position in a reputed college or university.

You must be good at;

  • Verbal as well as written communication both in English and Nepali.

Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not exclusive to the following;

  • Preparing an annual academic planning that involves designing and developing academic calendars, prospectus, daily routines of the GCE A level.
  • Formulating strategies and the plan of actions for efficient operation and management of A level programme..
  • Personnel management that includes job planning, assisting the management in the recruitment of supporting staff and faculty members, giving them orientation, monitoring as well as evaluating their performance.
  • Administering the day-to-day functions related to the programme.
  • Assisting Academic head in order to develop and maintain the over-all academic standard of the college.
  • Liaising with British Council and update information on a timely manner.
  • Maintaining high standards of discipline among all students and develop cordial relationship with all staff members.
  • Correspondence with other administrative staff, academic colleagues,parents and students.
  • Implementing the plan of actions or act on the directives received from the Founder Director or senior officials from time to time.
  • Using information systems and preparing reports and statistics for internal and external use.
