Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receiving telephone calls.
  • Responding to inquiries.
  • Making calls to prospective students based on leads generated online.
  • Maintaining a database of students.
  • Coordinating with faculty member/s and discharging duties as assigned.
  • Coordinating with other Staffs and Management.
  • Carrying out other administrative duties assigned by the Management and other staffs.

Requirements:

  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • A fast learner and ability to switch roles as and when needed.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Self-starter.
  • Must be customer friendly.
  • Positive and can-do attitude.
  • Highly skilled to maintain public relation.
