Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving telephone calls.
- Responding to inquiries.
- Making calls to prospective students based on leads generated online.
- Maintaining a database of students.
- Coordinating with faculty member/s and discharging duties as assigned.
- Coordinating with other Staffs and Management.
- Carrying out other administrative duties assigned by the Management and other staffs.
Requirements:
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- A fast learner and ability to switch roles as and when needed.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Self-starter.
- Must be customer friendly.
- Positive and can-do attitude.
- Highly skilled to maintain public relation.
