JOB DETAILS :

• Should prepare monthly financial report to the management.
• Should have knowledge and experience in L/C, TT, DD /RTGS/ insurance/ insurance claims.
• Should chase suppliers for tracking the date of L/C open, port dispatch except local party and congestion timing, expected date of Kolkata port landing.
• Should have experience in procurement and logistic (inbound and outbound).
• Should chase with bank for the LC/TR/INTEREST RATE/RENEW/PROPOSAL etc.
• Should be responsible to submit tax/vat on timely.
• Should be responsible for the submission of tax assessment file of all five sister companies.
• should submit daily transaction work and submit monthly report.(debtor, creditor, sales, interest )
• Should ensure the targets and responsibilities given to you are met with respect to all parameters.
• Should ensure timely update of stock into the system to avoid obstacle during billing.
• Should have knowledge about tax obligation about computerized billing system.
• Should able to submit the 5 years financial plan ensuring the profitability by maximum utilization of the resources.
• Providing and interpreting financial information.
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
• Analyzing change and advising accordingly.
• Formulating strategic and long-term business plans.
• Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance.
• Analyzing competitors and market trends;
• Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations.
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
• Managing budgets.
• Arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities.
• Supervising staff.
• Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
• Should able to the settle the issue pending in government organization/vendors/customers.

Qualification: BBS at least 5 years above or MBS with at least 2 years experience in same field.

Work experience in Trading enviornment will be preferred.
