Field Coordinator

A leading NGO is looking for a dynamic and competent candidate to fill up the vacant position in its project office, outside the Kathmandu valley.

Job Title: Field Coordinator

Competencies:

1. Intermediate in arts and humanities.

2. At least 5 years’ work experience on social mobilization.

3. Good Experience on gender, social inclusion/rights issues, willing to work with poor, vulnerable and socially excluded groups.

4. Good skill on documentation, reporting and communication in English and Nepali languages.

5. Experience on implementation and monitoring of project activities.

6. Ability to work in computer with Microsoft Office Packages (MS word, Excel, Power Point).

7. Good skill of motorbike driving with valid driving license.

8. The candidate should have strong ability to coordinate with local community and other stakeholders.

Employment: in a contract basis.

Remuneration: As per Organization’s personal policy.
