Everest Club (EC), Dailekh is one of the leading non-governmental organizations of Bheri regions and was established in 1993 as a nonprofit organization in Dailekh District administration office. The Everest Club (EC) was established by local youths with aim to create civilized and self reliance Society. We realized that should have established non-profit organization for cultural and social service provider, especially development of health, education, sanitation,Nutrition, agriculture promotion, natural economy, social empowerment etc in Dailekh District as per aspiration of Dailekhi community.

Post: Field Coordinator
Minimum Requirements and Qualification:
- Bachelors in Public Health or Bachelors Degree in any relevant field with 3- 5 years work experience
- Coordinate to conduct district level stakeholder planning, meeting, orientation, training and other relevant activities
- Project activities implement program effectively and smoothly.
- Coordinate and liaison with DDC /VDCs to allocate fund .
- Supervise and monitor the field program and provide constructive feedbacks to filed team.
- Provide support and program input to field supervisors and where need to Female Community Health Volunteer (FCHVs)/ Village Model Farm (VMF), Outreach Clinics, Ward Citizen Forums, Citizen Awareness Centers (CAC)
- Support /Conduct/ organizes various district and community level activities, trainings, workshops and other required activities.
- Monitor, mentor and supervise to filed supervisors
- Prepare monthly/ quarterly/semiannual/annuals plans
- Produce & submit quarterly/ semiannual / annual reports of the programs on time. Collect and document important case studies/stories.
- Provide support to the evaluation and monitoring team ( baseline , midterm and final)
- Attend and share program progress and challenges in district level stakeholders' review meeting in coordination with district coordinator
