Expression of Interest

DanChurchAid (DCA) is a faith-based, non-missionary international non-profit organization, established in 1922 in Copenhagen, Denmark. DCA has been working in Nepal since 2008. We work for the poor, vulnerable and socially excluded communities and believe in life before death. Our everyday work with development and relief aid strive to help the oppressed, neglected and marginalized groups in our focus countries in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America to strengthen their possibilities of a life in dignity. In Nepal, our work focuses on humanitarian response and disaster risk reduction, resilient livelihoods and sustainable food security and promoting governance and active citizenship.

DCA hereby solicits Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent audit firms for the procurement of audit service to conduct an annual financial audit of all projects/programme funded by the institutional donors of DCA.

In this regard, interested companies are invited to submit their EOI to the address indicated below. The EOI must include, at a minimum, the following documentation/information: 

1. Firm Profile
2. Human resource composition
3. VAT registration certificate
4. Certificate and renewal of membership, firm registration and certificate of practice (CoP)
5. International affiliation certificate 
6. Tax clearance certificate 
7. Technical and Financial Proposal
8. Updated CVs of the experts to be engaged in the assignment

DCA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during EOI and/or solicitation process. Only firms, deemed qualified upon completion of an evaluation of their submission of EOI, will be awarded the contract.  Please submit the above in sealed envelopes, clearly labelled “Expression of Interest for the Provision of Audit Services” on or before 15th April 2018
