Call for Expression of Interest (Experts & Resource Persons) 

Center for Transformative Change (CTC) is a social enterprise established to serve as knowledge resource partner catalyzing the transformation processes. It facilitates the transformative change process with 'education. consulting. innovation' service to the private sector, government organizations, development organizations, academic institutions, and individuals. 

It is planning to roll-out its strategy focusing on facilitating the development and governance programme to enhance the human capital and organizational change process. For this, it invites expression of interest from technical experts in the following area:  

• Water Sanitation and Hygiene  
  • Total Sanitation, Behavior Change Communication, Solid Waste Management, Fecal Sludge Management, Menstruation Hygiene Management, Development of WASH plans 
• Entrepreneurship Development 
• Social Mobilization 
  • Transformative social mobilization, human rights principles and processes, self-help group approach of social mobilization, micro-finance and cooperatives 
• Human Rights, Governance and Local Development 
  • Human Rights based development, Social Accountability, Complaint Hearing Mechanism, Open Data System Development 
• Disaster Risks Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation 
  • VCA, Developing local plans of Actions, Climate-smart agricultural techniques, climate resilient plan, community resilience, climate-smart food security, LDRMP, CDRPM 
• Programme Development and Management  
  • Participatory problem analysis, proposal writing, project cycle management, logical frameworks, theory of change  
• Result based Management 
  • Result based Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Result Capturing/Reporting, Baseline Survey/End line Survey, Mobile Application use for survey and result capturing, outcome monitoring,  
• Participatory Action Research 
  • Community based monitoring and evaluation,
