Executive Tour Officer- Outbound

Swotah Travel and Adventure Pvt. Ltd. calls for experienced and passionate Executive tour officer who will be responsible for making and selling international tour package and ticketing.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of proven experience as Tour Officer
• Female candidates will be given priority
• Ability to build up networking connections all around the world
• Ability to create innovate tour packages
• Having good knowledge of international ticketing (preferred)
• Proficient in MS packages, Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo
• Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic  knowledge of SEO will add benefit to applicants
• Must have profound knowledge of tourism and trekking industry

Responsibility 

• To guide and look after overall ticketing (Domestic and International)
• Make attractive outbound tour packages
• Promote the tour packages in social media
• Communicating with targeted clients and maximize business volume
• Make flight reservations, hotel booking, and tour planning
• Support in day to day office operations
• Handle clients and queries regarding ticketing
• Supervise the subordinate employees
