Details / requirements:
One of our clients, an upcoming Nepal country office of one of the leading international electronic brands invites applications from highly motivated, result oriented Nepalese citizens with utmost integrity for the following positions. Both the positions will require fluency in English and Nepali speaking, reading and writing.
Position: Executive/Sr. Executive Sales Support
It is a mid-level position with the work base to be in Kathmandu but frequent travel outside Kathmandu is expected. The Sr./Executive is expected but not limited to carryout the below mentioned responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Implement, monitor and troubleshoot sales tracking systems (DMS, MCS etc.)
2. Manage channel audits to ensure data validity and reliability in system
3. Track and report performance of channel schemes and special initiatives
4. Monitor channel claims and settlement process end-to-end
5. Produce regular / scheduled reports on channel audits, scheme/incentives, claim status
6. Guide and uplift national distributor capacity in dealing with channel audit and claim issues
Key Competencies required:
Ability to think and decide independently for quick action
Excellent people and stakeholder management skill
Self-motivated and high degree of follow-up skills
Educational Qualification:
Degree or Bachelors, preferably in finance and/or marketing
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing partner KPIs, operations, claims etc. in a sales organization
Relevant experience in system/IT based environment is a key necessity
