Key responsibilities

Enterprise and Livelihood Officer (ELO)-1

{Based in Kavre}

Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Agriculture, Rural Development Sociology, Development Studies or any other relevant subject from  a recognized university with at least 3  years of working experiences in MSME, livelihood and income generation activities or Masters’ degree in above field with 1 year relevant experience.

Prepare and verify enterprise business plans, conduct baseline study, conduct capacity building activities for supporting income generating activities (IGA) and enterprises (MSMEs), support establishment of MSMEs and implementing IGA in RE catchment area, support VDC/DDC for planning activities related to IGA and enterprise development based on RETs, supervise and monitor activities of LED committee, Local Enterprise Development Facilitators and BDS providers in the district, document best practices and lessons learned.

Enterprise and Livelihood Officer (ELO)-1

Bachelor's degree in Management,  Economics, Agriculture, Rural Development, Sociology,  Development Studies, Engineering or any other relevant subject from a recognized university  with minimum of 2  years of working experiences in field of MSME, livelihood and income generation activities.

conduct study on MH plants for system optimization, analyse the MSME/IGA productive energy-use subsector, identify potential enterprises, conduct PMSD workshop for participatory market system mapping, carryout training for business plan and business counselling, prepare and verify new business plans, facilitate for the establishment of MSMEs, coordinate with VDC/DDC in activities related to IGA and enterprise development,  monitor and guide activities of LED committee, LEDF and BDSPOs, document best practices and lessons learned and prepare quality reports.

Local Enterprise Development Facilitator (LEDF)-1

Intermediate or +2 in management

or any field or Enterprise Development Facilitator course from the recognized institute affiliated by CTEVT with minimum of 1year of working experiences in MSME, livelihood and income generation activities.

Identify potential MSMEs and IGAs, facilitate to form IGA groups, support in conducting PMSD workshop for participatory market system mapping, assist to form LED Committees, facilitate social mobilization process, facilitate for the establishment of MSMEs, identify DAG/VC groups, facilitate to organize various trainings at cluster level, supervise and monitor activities of IGA groups, entrepreneurs, LED Committee and BDS providers, support in document best practices and lessons learned and prepare reports.
