Designer

Qualification Requirement:

• Bachelors/ Masters Degrees in Computer science/Computer Information Systems or Equivalent
• A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in developing enterprise level application.

Skills and Specifications:

• Highly talented designer with strong ideas and design skills, and an impressive portfolio to match.
• Experience of working within and contributing to an Agile Delivery Framework.
• Solid experience of user experience, interaction design and software development process
• Knowledge of User Interface Design, User Centered Design & Usability.
• Expert knowledge of CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator, fireworks and other designing tools. Passion for designing using modern web practices like HTML5/CSS3, LESS. Additional knowledge of JavaScript, J Query, Ajax Techniques, Web 2.0.
• Ability to work on some open source technologies like wordpress, joomla is preferable.
• Responsible for providing design and UX/UI expertise to help define and develop product propositions.
• Passionate about Responsive Design and new technologies to deliver products and services across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead development of rich functional prototypes using white board brainstorming, low and high fidelity mockups and interaction requirements.
• Be able to rapidly prototype web portal solution design, look and feel and aesthetics.
• Develop and control the web style guidelines.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers on front-end integration strategies.
• Work with implementation teams across multiple engagements to design efficient and comprehensible.
