Delivery Boy

We are looking for a qualified Delivery Boy to handle deliveries of orders. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum of +2 level of education.
2. 2 years of related work experience, fresher's can also apply.
3. Valid two-wheeler driving license.

Principle Accountabilities:

1. Maintains a positive relationship with various departments to accomplish goals.
2. Quick responsiveness to internal requests and external calls and orders.
3. Ability to dispatch delivery as quick as possible.
4. Fulfill other duties as assigned.
5. Work effectively and efficiently.
6. Should be flexible on work timings and places on 8 of our branches around the city.
7. Should ride safely while delivering.

Skills

1. A keen sense of direction around the city.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills
3. Good driving record with no traffic violations
4. Strong customer service skills
5. A friendly personality and a genuine desire to help and please others;
6. The ability to think clearly and make quick decisions;
7. Basic mathematical skills;
8. Basic computer skills (should know how to use Google maps)
9. Professional manner and a calm, rational approach in hectic situations;
10. The ability to balance customer and business priorities;
11. Flexibility and a 'can do' mentality;
12. Good energy and patience;
13. Good communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)
14. Good hospitality skills.
