DataQC Associate Tech Lead

The DataQC team at CloudFactory is responsible to ensure that we produce and return highly accurate data to our clients by working closely with project management teams. As a DataQC Associate Tech Lead, you will be in charge to create effective and efficient process to review data and maintain quality check. You will help the DataQC team to find creative solutions to automate robustus work, find technical improvements on accuracy review of large raw data, improve worker feedback mechanism, generate accuracy reports and keep track of quality progress and trends for multiple different projects.

You have the ability to interpret user requirements, business rules and logic. You have enough technical background and basic programming knowledge to be able to build small tools for the team internally. Since you will be dealing with huge raw data, you need to have an advanced skills and knowledge in spreadsheets/Excel.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 1+ years of experience and worked with a team in similar Data Quality field. Proven track of problem-solving skills, and good communication and interpersonal skill. Experienced in spreadsheets and preferably knowledge of quality management and test tools.
