Responsibilities
- Conducting research work online by utilizing available resources to generate leads on the basis of criteria given by clients.
- Email validation and Quality Assurance of generated leads
- Mail Merges & proper management of Inbox
- Complete email logs & produce reports
- Document work progress according to standard operating procedures
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree running or completed.
- Prior relevant work experience of 2 to 6 months is preferable
Competencies Required
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal in English
- Good research skills and attention to detail
Good problem solving skill
- Ability to read, write and edit content
- Capable of working effectively within a team as well as independently
- Advanced computer skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
