Everest Club (EC), Dailekh is one of the leading non-governmental organizations of Bheri regions and was established in 1993 as a nonprofit organization in Dailekh District administration office. The Everest Club (EC) was established by local youths with aim to create civilized and self reliance Society. We realized that should have established non-profit organization for cultural and social service provider, especially development of health, education, sanitation,Nutrition, agriculture promotion, natural economy, social empowerment etc in Dailekh District as per aspiration of Dailekhi community.

Post: Data Management and Documentation Officer

Minimum Requirements and Qualification:

  • Statistical subject  in bachelor degree will be higher priority or Bachelors Degree  in any relevant field with 2- 4 years work experience 
  • Data Management
  • Ensure that all relevant data are collected in a frequency specified in the monitoring and evaluation plan, and that the data meet the USAID quality standards.
  • Update day to day data record based on attendance sheet, record meeting/training/workshop minute in file and enter data in prescribed system in the computer.
  • Complete data entry of training/event immediately after completion of activities.
  • Ensure use of tools and template at the district as well as community level.
  • Conduct data entry of the program data in prescribed software by Suaahara.
  • Assist to Field Coordinator to ensure and collect the Field Supervisor’s report with complete and accurate information.
  • Ensure safe storage of data and make available when needed.
  • Participate in Data Quality Audit (DQA) and maintain the data quality.
  • Support to orient field supervisors on Household visit data collection application by using smart phone and ensure collecting the targeted number of HHs visit data by per FS. 

Monitoring:

  • Make regular field visit to collect and data verification and support to follow up M&E system at field level.  
  • Conduct household visit to interact with beneficiaries to ensure program status using prescribed integrated household visit checklist.
  • Collect and compile routine data and provide feedback to Field Supervisors.
  • Support for annual survey and research activities being implemented at district level as and when required.
  • Write case study/ success stories and submit regularly.
  • Analyze reports, monitoring data and help to use the findings to improve program performances. 

Documentation:

  • Regular collection and review of progress report submitted by Field Supervisor.
  • Collect and compile reports including regular periodic report, tools and event completion report from Field Supervisor and develop appropriate filing system.
  • Produce hard copy documents, progress report, data, case studies and other documents in consultation with Field Coordinator and Executive Officer/Director.
  • Support to prepare individual field trip report, monthly work plan, collect and maintain file for reference.

Reporting:

  • Support Field Supervisor/ Coordinator for preparing activities and event reports.
  • Assist and support Field Coordinator to prepare program update, presentation for sharing during the meeting and workshop.
  • Disseminate program related message in different forum and through media in consultation with Field Coordinator and District Coordinator.
