Mobile SDK library:to record user experience data on the app

Dashboard: to get actionable insight through easy-to-use visual tools (Session Replay, Heatmaps, User Analysis)

Job Description

We are looking for a Data Analyst to work together with a Data Engineer on performing exploratory data analysis on a large data set of behavioral data. Your primary focus will be the setup and continuous development of a data analysis pipeline to understand customer behavior and develop novel applications.

You will be working alongside other experienced engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

Responsibilities:

Work with the backend team to create and maintain a data analysis pipeline:

• Ensuring the performance, quality and fitness of the data analysis pipeline
• Collaborating with the team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identifying and correcting performance bottlenecks and fixing bugs
• Helping to maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Provide training to team members using the data analysis tools

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree education in Computer Science or close subject
• 1-3 years of experience with data visualization
• Experience of maintaining a code base across multiple releases
• Proficient written and spoken English

Skills:

Should be familiar with:

• at least one data visualization tool, e.g. matplotlib, highcharts, r, matlab
• database queries with nosql (mongodb) and sql (postgresql)

Useful to know:

• Klipfolio, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana
• Scientific background in a MINT discipline
• Python
• Working with distributed databases hosted on AWS
• CitusDB

Nice to have:

• Experience with PHP, ReactJS
