Susankya Tech is now seeking highly energetic and passionate individual for the position of Customer Service Representative/ Receptionist to join its growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders
  • Assisting customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.
  • Analyzing problems and offers solutions. Communicates in a professional manner with clarity, using good verbal and written communication skills at all times.
  • Able to handle stressful and difficult situation in a calm and composed manner
  • Providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelors in business or related field.
  • Computer experience a must
  • Experience working in a call centre an added advantage
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Detail oriented; strong organizational and time management skills
