Himalayan Glacier is currently on the lookout for a talented and experienced Correspondence Personnel. So, if you fulfill the following requirements, we are happy to receive your application.
REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for applicants with a graduate degree in any subject. Long term experience in the tourism sector will also be an asset.
You will be required to perform the following tasks:
- Handle correspondence as assigned by the company.
- Advise the customer about travel issues including required documentation and financial matters, such as appropriate exchange rates and deal with payments.
- Deal with and document complaints in an efficient and diplomatic manner.
- Make alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues.
- Evaluate customers’ holidays and issue appropriate feedback forms.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Creativity
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
