Cook (Caterer) cum Caretaker

We are hiring Cook (Caterer) cum Caretaker for our International Student’s Programme House based in Kathmandu. The recruitment will be on contractual basis. The person (multi-tasker) we are looking into must have the following essential experiences and qualifications:

EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge and experience in preparing continental cuisine is a must. Knowledge of baking is optional but desirable. Knowledge of English is plus point. Basic knowledge of keeping accounts, knowledge of handling computers, experience of handling and dealing with international travelers will be additional advantage.

The selected individual will also be in overall in charge of the Programme House. He/she is expected to supervise the security, gardening, house-keeping staff. 

Starting salary will be in the range of Rs 15, 000 per month. However, for deserving (promising) candidate, the slab is negotiable. The selected candidate will be on probation for 3 months which will be made permanent on satisfactory completion of the probation period.

We are looking into a happy, positive and compassionate person with a penchant for learning newer skills. There will an ample opportunity for the selected person to upgrade his/her cooking and baking skills.
