Content Writer

Duties and Responsibilities

1)      Writes and posts content online, maintains company Web pages and blogs.

2)      Contributes to/updates the company’s social sites like Facebook and Twitter

3)      Works with developers/IT staff to assess any technical challenges (technical troubleshooting) in displaying the content.

4)      Keeps up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web and social media trends

5)      Coordinate content creation & publishing of company newsletters (internal or external)

6)      Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, quarterly corporate reports, presentations, technical documentation, sales support, etc as needed

7)      Writing, editing and proof reading copy for client projects based on the material supplied by them

8)      Working closely with the SEO team to produce quality website content  along with Meta Tags, Title tags, Header tags, and Alt tags

  Sharing blogs and other content on available social medias: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google + 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1)      Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

2)      Experience in writing for the Web, content management and internet research

3)      Experience with social networks and implementation of social media marketing

 Should be team player and able to work in a team
