Mercy Corps Nepal works to build the absorptive, adaptive and transformative potential of vulnerable individuals and communities across Nepal. Mercy Corps began operations in Nepal in 2005, and since then has implemented projects in the sectors of economic and food security; climate, natural resource and disaster risk management; youth engagement; with the inclusion of women and disadvantaged groups as important cross-cutting themes throughout each intervention area.

Mercy Corps Nepal invites letter of interest from individual consultants/firms for consultancy service Design and Development of Financial Management Trainings and Manual for European Commission funded SWITCH Asia Project. The objective of this consultancy service is to design and develop of financial management training modules and manual targeted towards carpet and Pashmina industries of the Kathmandu valley in order to strengthen their financial capabilities. Financially literate and capable carpet and Pashmina SMEs will be better able to access different financial products from Banks and Financial Institutions in order to switch to Cleaner Production practices.
