Facilitation Learning Documentation Workshop and Preparing Learning Report

KIRDARC Nepal in technical support of WWS and Mission East have been implemented “VOICE: Voicing for Equality and Justice for Women Karnali” project in 6 VDCs of two districts (Mugu and Humla), currently in 3 Rural Municipalities and 1 Municipalities  of Karnali zone in financial support of Civil Society in Development (CISU). This project aims to empower women and civil society organisations for better inclusion and development in the Karnali Zone, Nepal’. This will be achieved by creating a conducive and inclusive environment for women and girls in the Karnali region to be able to participate in, contribute to and benefit from development efforts at local level. Regarding plan of project to document learning from the project implementation, a Learning Documentation workshop will be organized and prepare a comprehensive report on it. 

The purpose of the learning documentation workshop is to collect the learning and achievements from the project intervention. And it will be the learning and information/data of the project indicators and assist to analyze outcome and progress as per expectation of the project.   Further, this action will collects the learning from project implementation and document it, then disseminate and share the leanings among wider groups, networks, stakeholders, government line agencies, and other people. Moreover, learning sharing and planning for the next phase of the project and uses the knowledge, skills and ideas for other similar project is another purpose of the action.

Consultant shall Review the key documents and reports of the project and reference materials related to the project for preparing quality learning report. Further, S/he will works for share the key learning and finalize the report incorporating the feedback provided by KIRDARC and partners.

Qualified individual consultants/firms hereby are requested to submit a brief proposal highlighting the topic of proposal and expected fees and schedule as well. Similarly, consultants/firms are requested to submit both technical and financial proposal with describing the methodology and approach of consultancy service along with updated CVs/ organizational profile in detail before 26th September 2017 to the address below. Competitive Proposal will be selected for further process.
