Details / requirements:
FHI 360, an international NGO working in the field of HIV and Family Planning in Nepal,is currently in the process of updating its consultant roster and therefore,requests applications from qualified individuals to work as consultants in the following potential areas as and when required:
Institutional Capacity Building:
- Organizationaldevelopment (NGOs)- trainings, coaching and reviews
- Documentation (Lesson learned,best practices and report writing)
Strategic Information, M&E and Research:
- Database, Application and Software Development(MS Access, SQL,VBA, C#, PHP, virtual library, web based map using Map box; Open Street Map, Google Earth)
- Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Info -graphics
- GIS: Collection, compilation and management of geo-information, QGIS/ArcGIS, development of geo-database and spatial analysis
- Mapping and size estimation of key affected populations
- Survey data analysis
Communication and Public Private Partnership:
- Photography and Documentary Making
- Story Writing
- Public Private Partnership
Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Prevention and Mitigation:
- Develop and conduct GBV prevention, psychosocial counseling and treatment training
- GBV communication strategy and guidelines development
- GBV psychosocial counseling and treatment protocol & guidelines development
STI, HIV and Family Planning:
- Family Planning training for service delivery
- Onsite coaching for key affected populations related outreach planning including micro planning
- Strategic Behavior Change Communication for health programs
- Training on HIV Counseling and Testing
- Training andsupervision on Positive Prevention (PP) including Community and Home Based Care (CHBC)
- Curriculum revision, training and mentoringon Clinical Management of HIV
- Training and supervision on management of Sexually Transmitted Infection
- Training and supervision on Health Care Waste Management
- Training and guidelines revision on HIV and STI Laboratory services
- Training and supervision onlogistic management/supply chain management
