Construction Manager

ABARI IS LOOKING FOR A COMPETENT Construction Manager TO JOIN OUR TEAM

An ideal candidate will be hardworking, creative, independent, good at maintaining communication & have real-life problem solving solutions and an interest towards natural materials and building.

Job based in Kavre, the candidate will need to have strong technical and communication skills. Salary very competitive. 

Overseer will be able to:

• Work and stay onsite for long-term durations
• Perform redline changes, revisions and observations to construction drawings
• Participate in the design process
• Procure materials and labour for construction site
• Conduct site supervision
• Prepare and check BOQ (Bill of Quantity)
• Engage in client and labour dealings

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed Diploma in Civil Engineering (University level)
• Experience of at least 5 years in position of similar level  
• Proficiency in, Autocad, Sketch-up, Excel, Power Point
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)

Duration: Contract (Long Term)

Timings: Full-time
