Position: Computer Technician

EDUCATION: Intermediate (10+2) passed

LOCATION: Kathmandu 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Should have very pleasant personality and good communication skills
• Sound Knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• Knowledge of desktop and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Router, switch, Access Point, Network devices etc.
• Knowledge of Email client application (MS Outlook, Windows Mail etc.)
• Knowledge of Network Installation and Network Management
• Knowledge of File Backup and Data recovery
• Knowledge of Printer setup and sharing
• Training and certification courses in related field is preferred.
• Able to work in pressure and sometime in odd time also.
• Ability to set priorities and work independently
• Should attend telephonic support requests concerning technical issues and general inquiries
• Should be ready to visit and provide necessary support to customers at their premises
• Should create reports and update to supervisor on regular basis
• Should co-ordinate with other departments for effective service delivery
• Past experience in related field will be require
• Having two wheeler with valid license
