WindHorse Creation is a Texas based company specializing in design and development of commercial websites, mobile apps and e-commerce sites. We also offer Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services for optimum efficiency of websites; Social Media, Content and Digital Marketing services for companies looking to improve the flow of customers on their doorstep. We partner with small and medium sized businesses in Texas, and around United States, and help them materialize their dreams of having unbreakable flow of visitors always. WindHorse Creation’s Head Office is based in Texas, and our professional product development team is located in Kathmandu, the capital city of the Himalayan nation of Nepal.

Job Description
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal sales targets.
- Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

- Must have completed Intermediate Level
- Applicants must have a good command of the English language.
- Must be willing to work at night shift (8 pm - 6 am)
- You only need to work for 5 Days in a week (Day-off on Saturday and Sunday)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
INSTRUCTION FOR ALL APPLICANTS!!
All applicants will go through the telephonic interview first, followed by face to face interview. If you pass both the interviews, we will give you FREE TRAINING for 3 days and there will be a final evaluation on the third day of training. You land yourself the job if you pass the evaluation.
