JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• To handle and manage a portfolio of accounts, usually the agency medium & small accounts and attend client meeting
• To set up meetings with clients and other agency staff
• Delegating work to other members of the agency team
• Briefing media, creative and research, and formulating marketing strategies
• Communicating with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
• Dealing with all aspects of a campaign and overseeing the status of advertising campaigns
• Dealing with media for releases and execution of campaign
• Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns
• Presenting campaign plans to clients for approval or modification
• Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks
• Making estimates and taking approval from seniors before sending it to clients
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
• Coordinating with vendor and keeping good relationship
• Achieving the targets
• Report to AM & AD

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Meeting with the account management team to discuss the client's requirements
• Gaining an understanding of the target audience and business that the advert is aimed at
• Working closely with the copywriter to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the client's brief
• Meeting and taking approval with the creative director before presenting ideas to clients
• Conceptualizing the visualization and execution which best fits the idea.
• Briefing other members of the creative team and being a mentor, expert who can guide and help other graphic designers.
• Involve in assigning photographers, artists or film-makers to work on projects
• Visiting and assessing different locations for potential shoots and working on location
• Attending meetings at production houses and with other directors
• Working as the creative supervisor to oversee the a project until the finished product
• Advising new creative, reviewing and managing new teams on placement with the agency
• Report to CD & CEO

• Candidate must be highly creative with the ability to see ordinary objects and situations in a whole new light and create interesting situational connections

• Brainstorming ideas and concepts
• Working in a strong creative partnership with the art director to generate workable concepts and ideas
• Writing clear, persuasive, original copy
• Submitting ideas and discussing progress with the creative director before making presentations to clients
• Amending, revising or redeveloping campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director or clients
• Working on several campaigns at once, under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar
• Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion for instance TV and radio work
• Communicating with production companies, photographers, typographers, designers and printers
• Keeping up to date with popular creative, culture and trends
• Report to CD & CEO

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Should work in a creative partnership with an art director to conceive, develop and produce effective advertisements. 
• Provide verbal or written aspect such as original catchphrases, slogans, messages and straplines which includes writing all the wording in any type of advertising.
• Should often be involved in the production process, which can include dealing with production companies and directors. They also work with typographers, designers and printers.
