System Responsibilities

  • Work with job portal team to assist in recruitment efforts
  • Develop all portal layout and maintain functionality of all site.
  • Supervise content for all pages and provide assistance to all personnel and external organizations.
  • Email and tele marketing of the system to the on board candidates and new possible candidates to register in our system
  • Formulate plans and strategy on how to increase the number of candidates or jobseeker in our job board
  • Develop a PowerPoint presentations of the system from client’s view point and jobseeker’s view point.
  • Visit clients and possible sources of jobseeker such as colleges, exhibitions etc.  and give presentations and demo of the system
  • Visit the possible clients and convince them to use the system
  • Perform tests on all configuration and upgrade processes 
  • Search for new vacancies on daily basis online and in newspaper and post it in our job board and P2P’s official site
  • Plan to increase number of registration in the system
  • Maintain status for all portal projects and assist to resolve all issues regarding the portal 
  • Research and keep up to date with new technology system into portal and coordinate with web administrator.
  • Determine all long term objectives for site and recommend enhancements to all content 
  • Coordinate with team members to implement all operational activities and determine all pros and cons of the system
  • Provide support to business operations of P2P by marketing of the system and ensure optimization of profits.
  • Prioritize time and work effectively, keeping job board goal in consideration at all times.
  • Provide responses to system enquires including physical, phone and electronic to ensure quality and timely responses. 
  • Follow up with clients and assist with the issues on the job boards if any. 
  • Draft out official correspondence to clients and candidates.

Social Media Responsibilities

Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs and encourage them to register in our system.

HR Responsibilities

Assist in managing the recruitment process and project life-cycle including response management, initial screening, assessments, and follow ups and provide end-to-end recruitment when necessary

Assist in conducting walk-ins and personal interviews, follow-up references when necessary.  

Network, build and maintain long-lasting professional client and candidate relationships to achieve quality recruitment outcomes and ensure their expectations are met in terms of time and quality when necessary. 

Manage candidate database to ensure that P2P is able to source suitable candidates at short notice.

Assist in report preparation of recruitment processes when necessary.

Required Education /Experience:

  • Bachelors' Degree in Management , Administration , Human Resource or related field.
  • At least 1+ year of experience in relevant field.
