Education: Plus 2 in Management or the equivalent, desirable.

Job Description

• Count money in cash counter at the beginning of the shift to ensure that amounts are correct and there is adequate change.
• Preparation of guest checks and verify with K.O.T and B.O.T.
• Preparation of Sales Summary and handover cash sales to the Manager or person in charge.
• Receive payment from credit cards if necessary take approval from the Bank, Travel Agency or Authorized Representative, etc.
• Maintaining monthly, weekly and daily report of cash transaction.
• Perform any other related ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.
• Collect cash/ cheques/ credit card slips from different special function and events organized by the company.

Skills: 

• Basic report writing skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively use computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, e- mail and database software.
• Good time management skills.
• Able to take instruction and follow procedures.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, often under pressure.
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
