Job Type – Morning, Day and Night Shift
Working Hours :
- Morning Shift - 5:00 am to 11:00 am
- Day Shift - 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Night Shift - 7:00 pm to 5:00 am
Key Responsibilities
- Provide online support to the clients
- Should be fluent in both English and Nepali speaking
- Good convincing power
- Should be able to deal with clients regarding our application
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information to the clients
- Maintains call center database by entering information
