Initially, this service was only available to clients in the USA. However, this has now expanded to include UK, Canada, Australia and the 16 countries that use the Euro. With the aspiration of providing for sales all products available in Nepal for its clients, Muncha.com converted its site to an online mall through which any organization in Nepal could sell their products online using the platform that Muncha.com provides. In 2010, Muncha.com also started www.ipay.com.np . iPAY (www.iPay.com.np), a service of Muncha.com, is an online payment gateway and works as an intermediary between the merchant and the shopper for purchase of merchandise online. The process is such that the customer first opens an iPAY account which he prefills wills funds. He can then use these funds to pay to the merchants signed up by iPAY for payment of products procured.

Educational Description:

  • Should have completed the Intermediate level or Bachelors degree will be preferred.

Job Specification:

  • Good command over Nepali and English languages
  • Team player and ability to work in an Odd- hours
  • Should be able to work under pressure
  • Should be good in computer applications

Job Description:

  • Call customers
  • Capable to handle customer complaints and problem solving skills
  • Report writing
  • Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Job will involve 

  • Marketing for new products and new merchants for online shopping site
  • Marketing for potential customers 
  • Managing products in the web site for sale
  • Dealing with customer when they come into contact. 

Requirement: 

  • Basic computer knowledge such as Word, Excel, Internet, Email, Photoshop, Dreamweaver.
  • Applicant should have a Bachelor degree as a minimum. 
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in any field.
