At the moment we would like to invite candidates to apply for the following positions: Customer Relations Department Call Center Assistant The main duties of the call center assistant is handling customer queries and solving the problems over the telephone. To succeed in this position you need to have good listening and communication skills and courtesy. You shall be able to troubleshoot and respond to customer's doubt. The qualification required is minimum of 10+2 in any discipline. Should be an active team player with a charming personality and willingness to learn. Should have good communication skills in both English and Nepali. Spice Nepal will offer an existing multinational working environment with colleagues from more than 10 different nationalities.
