Age: Above 18 yrs

Education: Graduate or ongoing graduate                     

Experience: At least one year of relevant experience

Working Station: Kathmandu

Essential Job Responsibility: 

Core responsibilities will be to engage and interact with customers, demonstrating and deliver an incredible experience every day. Should have passion for people and technology and create a highly collaborative environment that will drive Huawei’s market share through incremental sales by achieving ones target set forth by the company. 

·         Maintain an expert understanding of company’s Smartphones, Tablets and accessories

·         Build meaningful customer relationships 

·         Work in a collaborative manner alongside store staff 

·         Achieve sales target and KPIs set

·         Maintain brand, visual and operational standards 

·         Adhere to store policies and procedures 

·         Feedback customer and store ideas and suggestions 

·         Capture and report all relevant data on a daily basis of company and its competitors

·         Review and communicate stock levels (where applicable) 

·         Responsible to drive sales and create brand awareness 

Essential Job Specification:

·         Graduate or ongoing graduate

·         Previous retail or sales background, 1 year of experience in table/handsets sales are strongly preferred

·         Friendly, engaging and energetic

·         Strong communication skills 

·         Eager to tackle challenges and change 

·         Passion and belief for our brand and technology 

·         Flexibility to change stores if required to meet business needs
