Suvidha Sewa a leading Staffing and Recruitment company in Nepal is looking for professional candidates for the post of Branch Operation Executive. Please find the Job description as below:

Recruitment Roles :

  • Sourcing channels identification and networking
  • Screening candidates as per the selection criteria
  • Head hunting for senior job positions.
  • Reference check and background study of selected candidates.
  • Suggest BD on proposal of salary and benefit package, work timing and job responsibility and other related criteria
  • Keep pool of candidates for regular / possible requirements/ positions.
  • Participate in job fairs
  • Conduct walk in interviews at branch office.
  • Client and Associates site visit to reduce the Gap between Client, Associates and Suvidha Sewa.
  • Assist Talent Supply Chain for Tie up with Training Institutes, Colleges, coaching/ tuition classes, NGOs
  • Report generation and submission on weekly basis 

Operations Roles:

  • Make necessary arrangement for Associate’s visit to Suvidha Sewa’s office for entire appointment procedures.
  • Pre inform the associates in regard to the necessary documents s/he should provide during the appointment procedures for e.g. Photographs, Copy of Citizenship etc.
  • Conduct Induction session and ensure effective communication of all Terms and Conditions of appointment.
  • Prepares necessary letters for onboarding Associates.
  • Coordinate with Documentation division for complete collection of necessary documents as required for appointment and identify the pending documents list.
  • Coordinates with A/C Department for Deposit collection.
  • Interacts with associates on timely basis for their feedback / grievances and prepare reports accordingly.
  • Visits different workstations to analyze the risk factors and to take feedback from both clients and associates.
  • Remind associates to provide 21 days prior notice at the time of resignation request.
  • Collect resignation letters from the concerned associates prior to their resignation date.
  • Provide attendance of the resigning month for the clearance purpose.
  • Prepare necessary report and memo for closing of Saving Fund if any for timely clearance.
  • Conducts exit interviews and prepares reports accordingly.
  • Prepares resignation list and send to Accounts Department for clearance
  • Prepares clearance, experience letters and send to the respective associate
  • Other related job as required

Business Development Roles:

  • Visit & or Identify prospective clients for our service and provide proposal in consultation with Business Development Executive.
  • Make sales calls/meetings with clients
  • Make tele-calls for meetings/appointments
  • Generate and maintain database of prospective clients
  • Close deals with clients
  • Meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target
