PHASE (Practical Help Achieving Self-Empowerment) Nepal is a non profit making organization established in 2006. It has been implementing integrated community development projects in remote villages of 5 districts with a vision of self empowered and self sustained society where all kind of discrimination is absent. PHASE seeks to recruit following positions for its’ new expansion area

POST: BPH Intern 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Report entry, collection and compilation of verious field reports (health/education/livelihood) in the central office via telephone and filled up reports. Assist in preparing various health reports; collection, analysis and interpretation of reported data, baseline data as well as varous survey data.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES: BPH with good command over statistical software and microsoft spreadsheet. 

MONTHLY SALARY: Rs 10,000/month

OTHER BENEFITS:

• Medical facility of up to Nrs 10,000/- per year for actual expenses on pro rata basis for employee (after probation period of 6 months).
• Festival allowance @ one month’s salary on pro rata basis (after probation period of 6 months).
• TA/DA facilities of actual transport cost and Nrs 900 per day for official travel days (from start).
• Accidental insurance of up to Nrs 10 lakhs (from start).
• Leave facility of 24 days of annual leave, 12 days of sick leave and 17 days of public holidays excluding Saturdays.
