Audit Executive

Suvidha Sewa, Leading Staffing Company is looking for an experienced candidate for Audit Department with following job details.

Job Description:

• Review and update policies and procedures in accordance with specific organizational guidelines,
• Assist in controlling the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of financial reliability and compliance with all applicable government and organizational rules and regulations and directives,
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings,
• Maintain open communication with internal departments,
• Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards,
• Conduct schedule audit of assigned department or functional area in established/required timeline,
• Conduct process audit of entire organization,
• Review the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of financial information, other operational activities,
• Prepare audit findings and recommendations reports in line with the approved audit plan,
• Monitor the timely implementation of the management actions recommended in the audit reports.

Job Specification:

• Minimum of bachelor’s in Management, Masters is preferable,
• At least 2 years of working experience in Accounting or Auditing (Experience in Auditing is preferable),
• Good Knowledge of Computer (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook),
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Highly ethical and possess ability to handle confidential information,
• Good command in English,
• Self-Motivated and Resulted Oriented,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong organizational skills.
