Job Title: Admission Officer

Job Specification:

  • Communication, Coordination with educational institutions i.e. college/ university.
  • Filled up College and Universities Forms.
  • Assure students and their parents to select appropriate college and universities.
  • Prepare required documents and Proceed documentation.

Qualification, work experience and skill:

  • Minimum Bachelor level Completed in education or above in Management discipline is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
  • Technical knowledge in areas related to office management, coordination, and networking.
  • Assist to prepare documentation and lead to process it.
  • Strong understanding of student, market trend, and service provided to them.
  • Demonstrated ability to be innovative, self-directed, target orientated to achieve institutional goals.
  • Should have capable in motivate and encourage to students and their parents.
  • Sound knowledge on specific country and her educational system and also very good command on program courses and information about the educational institutions.
  • Ability to develop situational analysis and prepare monthly progress report.
  • Perform close tie up with external contacts, and maintain regular follow up.
  • Strong communication skills including excellent oral and written English.
  • Computer literate in use of MS Office Packages and Email, internet.
