ABN provides business services for Application Innovation, Business Analytics, Business Strategy, Commerce Consulting, and Procurement and Logistics. Additionally, ABN provides managed outsourcing services in the area of Application Management, Global Process Services, IT Infrastructure Services, IT Outsourcing, and Staff Training. ABN owns and operates Prime Vendor Inc., a procurement solution service company based in North Carolina. Its flagship product is e-procurement solution software, the most advance modular B2G (Business-to-Government) system. National Technology Center leverages on the resources that have made e-procurement solution software successful. NTC is a vital core division of ABN providing clients comprehensive IT expertise, design and development, IT and Business Process Outsourcing services management.
Details / requirements:
The National Technology Center has an opening for Administrative Executive who is energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and in a team environment. We are looking for long-term team players interested in developing and expanding their career.
Work Experience: At least 2 years
Age: 26-35 years
Work Requirements:
- Email communication and correspondence with customers.
- Banking related work like Accounts Reconciliation, Opening LCs, Correspondence with Banks etc.
- Using MS office tools to record sales data, prepare excel spreadsheets, presentations etc.
- Letter typing skills in both English & Nepali
- Documents filing and management
- Preparing MIS reports
- Assisting in marketing and advertisement related activities
- Also requires basic knowledge of accounting
- Needs to know basic skills of Photoshop
Work Timings: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Working Days: Mon-Fri
Salary: 15,000 +
