AECOM is accepting resumes from qualified Nepali nationals for the position of Administrative and Finance Manager for the upcoming USAID Tayor Nepal Improved Disaster Risk Management (DRM) project. The objective of this five-year DRM project is to develop capacity of national DRM institutions; strengthen capacity of municipal and community organizations to engage in DRM activities, and assist municipal and national institutions in managing disaster response and recovery.

POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCE MANAGER

Must Have Skills/Experience

  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience, including five (5) years of experience on USAID funded projects, managing grants, finance, procurement, contracts management, logistics and human resource related matters for international development activities in excess of $15M. 
  • Master’s degree in business administration, finance, and accounting or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree will be substituted with ten (10) years of experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of USG financial reporting and compliance requirements. 
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, management, planning, analytical and organizational skills demonstrated by ability to work both independently and within a team, assess priorities, and manage a variety of activities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills with fluency in English and Nepali. 
  • Excellent Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Proven understanding of disaster risk management.
