JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide consistent and high-quality service in the day to day delivery of responsive,effective and efficient administrative activities.
  • Experience with typingword processing and working with various office equipment is a must.
  • Proficiency in MS office package (excel,word,Powe point,outlook)
  • Ability to speak and write reports in English
  • Maintain the in-house canteen management
  • Maintain & Monitoring monthly bills
  • Monitoring the safety & securities of the offices.
  • Ensuring cleanliness of the offices.
  • Provide all kind of logistic support for administrative issues.
  • Maintaining files, records and information.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly report as per HOD requirements.
  • Any other duties as and when entrusted by head of the department.
