Details / requirements:

Suvidha Sewa, Leading Staffing Company is looking for an Admin Officer with following job details.

Essential

1. Master/ Bachelor degree.

2. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products.

3. Ability to supervise staff, and prioritize work effectively.

4. Team oriented and team building, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.

5. High level of written and verbal communication, and listening skills.

6. More than 2 years of work experience in relevant field. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration

  1. Attending email enquiries & telephone calls.
  2. Performs administrative & office support activities.
  3. Specialized in record keeping and database management.
  4. Excellent support to the Managing Director, oversea calendar, meetings & appointments, travel & hotel arrangement.
  5. Preparing day to day office correspondence.
  6. Responsible in preparing price enquiries, quotations, preparing orders..
  7. Banking related works for demand draft, LC processes as payments to supplier. 
  8. Briefing rules & regulations of the organization to the new joiner.
  9. Ensuring staff discipline & getting all staffs to work as a team for the smooth general functioning of the company
  10. Maintaining office files, confidential records & safety documents.
  11. Assisting in procurement process.
  12. Communicate with other departments, analyze their problems & coordinate for the corrective & preventive actions according to the administrative rules & regulations.
  13. Monitors and encodes work schedules of the company’s personnel and handled manual checking of timekeeping forms for approval of the head. Responsible in leaves monitoring, tardiness/ absences. 
  14. Encoding of changes in shifts, timekeeping justification and overtime claims for payroll processing. 
  15. Responsible in processing of payments for all administrative related.
  16. Ensures that all queries & assistance needed by the employees and clients are met and feedbacks & complaints are monitored and addressed in order to continually enhance the effectiveness of the company’s system & to meet the requirements of clients

Operations

1. Repair and maintenance management of office equipment and hospital equipment/computer networks etc.

2. Ensure documentations of hospital patient record by nursing in-charge.

3. Work with marketing officer in arranging logistics for different camps, ghumti camps etc.

4. Develop relationships with INGO’s, NGO’s, etc. to develop business and research purposes.

5. Conduct reviews and evaluations for departments.
