Recently RIMS-Nepal is planning to implement Restoring Food and Nutrition Security and Building Resilient Livelihoods in Earthquake Affected Areas-phase II with the  financial and technical support of World Food Program (WFP) Nepal and Welt Hunger Hilfe.In order implement the programme, RIMS Nepal is looking for the experienced and qualified candidates for the following positions with given requirements.

Position: Admin & Finance Officer

Number of opening: 2

Location: District Office, Dhading Besi  and additional one Finance Officer for FOSTER base in Baireni

Minimum Required Qualification

• Bachelors in Business Studies with 3 years’ experience or Intermediate in Commerce with 7 years’ work experience

Key Responsibility

• Proper documentation of financial transactions-maintaining accounting records of day to - day transactions, produce reports on the accounting records, 
• Calculation of Vat, Tax and other deduction to deduct from the source while making payment,
• Maintain equipment and fix assets in good running condition
• Maintain stock book assets record book, physical verification of Inventory and reporting
