Job Description:

Javra Software is seeking a person with in depth knowledge and backgound with finance and admin.

 Role and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Responsible of general daily administration including logistics activities, purchase, negotiation with vendors, distribution of supplies
  • Responsible for registration, periodical reporting, approval and various administrative work related with government and non-government offices
  • Organizes and coordinates meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, hotel booking
  • Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are maintained
  • Regular visit and administrative/logistic management of site on timely basis
  • Reviews files and records to answer requests for information
  • Implements and maintains office systems. Maintains schedules and calendars
  • Coordinates the flow of information both internally and externally
  • Responsible for managing operations vital to the implementation of Equal Access projects including office and facilities management, risk management, procurement, contracting procedures and oversight of operations and" implementation of projects as the field level
  • Fund utilization reporting to the fund sources
  • Manage the day to day finance administration for the organization, including, but not limited to, processing invoices, coordinating payment runs, and running monthly reports
  • Keep the accounting system up to date, entering all financial information accurately

 Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3 plus years experience in INGOs
  • Good communication Skill in both Nepali and English
  • Initiative and pro-active in nature
