Details / requirements:

Caritas Nepal, a leading national NGO, invites applications from qualified Nepali citizens for the following positions in an Earthquake Recovery Programme to be implemented in Dolakha, Kavrepalanchowk, Sindupalchowk, Sindhuli and Nuwakot districts. The programme components include WASH, Shelter, Livelihood, DRR, Protection and Psycho-social support. The contract will be for 1 year with possibility of further extension.

Accounts Officers - 2  

Purpose:

  • The Account Officer will work in a team with Finance officer and program coordinators and admin and assist in keeping accounts of daily financial operations.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Account/ Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience and previous experience in accounting software.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS outlook, email, internet
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good communication, problem solving and team work skills
  • Ability to complete complex task with minimal supervision

Location: Kavre, Dhulikhel

Please note: Positions are either field based or involves extensive travel to villages / rural areas where living conditions are minimal.
