A reputed Multinational Company based in Lalitpur. 

Position: Accounts and Finance Manager (Male)

Salary: 50,000 per month 

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should have at least 4- 5 years experience in accounts.
• Experience on Tally or related software is a must.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of P&L MIS and Balance sheet requirements bank reconciliation.
• He/ She should be well versed in compliance and taxation laws of Nepal including income tax, vat and import duties.

Job Description:

• Preparing MIS reports to top management on financial performance. 
• Preparing Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Accounts with complete schedule for audit
• Independently handle internal audits and statutory audits.
• Ensuring internal audit schedule/plans are executed on time without compromising on quality parameters
• Maintaining the best accounting practice and financial control over all company transaction.
• The handling accounts payable team, vendor payments, and monitoring period end expense provisioning.

Taxation

• To be compliant with Indirect tax (majorly in Service Tax), Direct Taxation Labour Laws.
• To be responsible for creation/revision of internal company policies in line with statutory updates.
• Handling assessments of Income Tax, Service tax, Transfer Pricing or other departments
• Keep assessment details ready for timely submission to department
• Circulation of periodic update on tax status
• Ensuring proper calculation of  Tax payable and timely payment
