Job Placement

1. Head Office: Sanepa, Kalopul

No of Opening= 2 

Qualification: Master degree in management with specialization in accounting would be preferred. The candidate should have at least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.

2. Site Office: Udaypur, fokshintar

No of opening = 1 

Qualification: Bachelor degree in management upto 6 months experience.

3. Site office: Chovar, Kathmandu.

No. of Opening = 1

Qualification: Bachelor degree in management upto 6 months experience.

4. Site office: Tanahun,Gorkha.

No of Opening = 1

Qualification: Bachelor degree in management upto 6 months experience. 

Job Specifications: (Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Responsible for taking care of day to day transaction with minimum or no supervision
  • Handling import/export
  • Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating the collection, consolidation and evaluation of financial data and preparing special reports
  • Make sure all the financial rules and regulations are observed in everyday financial transaction of the company,
  • Maintain the filing system for all financial and other documents and reports,
  • Prepare all financial reports
  • Provide weekly financial briefings to the Managing Director,
  • Facilitate timely audit and ensure implementation of the audit recommendations,
  • Review allocation of expenses according to approved project budget and expense category,
  • Inform Managing Director about the financial status of the project in regular basis,
  • Ensure Company's project sites' fund reconciliation and advance management,
  • Maintain overall cash/bank funds, review expenditures, ledger posting and their monthly closing,
  • Liaise and negotiate with banks, contractors, other partner companies on finance relating matters,

·         Ensure timely employee salary transfer/distribution and deposition of taxes,

·         Carry out other finance relating activities as instructed by the Managing Director.

Other specification:

  • Candidate with skill of driving a motor bike shall be preferred.
  • S/he should have good interpersonal skills.
  • S/he should possess punctuality, dedication and commitment to the profession.
